The company

The snowroom is presenting you with a collection of interior products for adults, kids and public spaces. A mixture of flexible design, modern and antique design influences, along with multifunctional solutions, playfulness and easy assembly create the visual characteristics of the collection. The trend of flexible living underlie the need for versatile products, but the simplicity and the beauty of The snowroom objects are intended for anyone who desires good design.

The need to take good care of our planet is highly prioritised at The snowroom and part of our design philosophy is to support sustainable design. We practice fair trade and give from our products to charity projects. The snowroom produce and market products made in materials such as polyester fiber, felt, sheet metal, wood.

The products are made in collaboration with mostly swedish companies. Otherwise we set high demands on factories outside of Sweden and we aim to manufacture in a nearby country.

The snowroom collection was founded in 2005 by Ulrika Liffner, educated industrial/furniture designer from Royal College of Art London. A large part of the product development within the company is made in collaboration between Ulrika and her creative partner Josefine Wahlström, educated product designer from Beckmans in Stockholm.
